What is motion blur?
Motion blur is the streak a moving subject leaves across a frame. Real cameras make it with a slow shutter; Velocity does it on purpose, sampling each pixel along a path so a still photo or a steady clip reads as fast, spinning or rushing toward you.
Six paths shape the smear. Radial spins around a point, zoom bursts outward, linear streaks in any direction, wave ripples the angle, and the two speed-frame modes keep a sharp band down the middle while the edges blur into classic speed lines.

Is Velocity free?
Yes. Every mode and setting is free to use. Exporting a PNG or MP4 spends one credit, and free exports carry a small zlabz badge.
Does it work on video?
Yes. Photo and video are both first-class. A clip is re-blurred frame by frame at export, not screen-captured, so the file is full quality.
What blur modes are there?
Six: radial spin, zoom burst, linear streak, wave, and two tilt-shift speed frames that keep a sharp band while the edges blur.
Will my video keep its sound?
Yes. The original soundtrack is decoded and muxed back into the exported MP4, so audio stays in sync.
